 With over 15 years managing Four Diamond hotels and luxury resorts, I’ve led operations across rooms, food & beverage, and guest services.  With over a decade at sea, I managed cruise ship operations and entertainment for thousands of guests daily. From theater productions and live events to guest activities and overall onboard experience, I combined operational leadership with stage presence. My time at Disney and other major lines gave me unique expertise in creating world-class entertainment while leading large, multicultural teams across the globe.

At Disney, I taught Leadership and Emerging Leaders classes, helping shape the next generation of service-driven professionals. As head of Heritage University and through years of hospitality leadership, I’ve designed and delivered training programs that empower teams to succeed. Beyond hospitality, I am also certified as a First Aid, CPR, and defibrillator instructor, and have trained others as a lifeguarding instructor and scuba divemaster. On cruise ships, I had the privilege of working with teams representing 63 different nationalities, an experience that sharpened my ability to unite people from vastly different backgrounds around shared goals. Managing these multinational teams, along with those in luxury resorts, has given me a unique ability to bridge cultures and build inclusive, high-performing workplaces.
